eLifestyle Crock Pot BBQ Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean chuck roast or bottom round
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup frozen peas

Prep:

  1. Place ingredients in Crock Pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (If you’re going to be away longer, just add a bit more water so it doesn’t dry out.)
  2. Place on a multigrain bun
